JK Williams not only provides bulk earthworks, drainage and road pavement construction, but also all of the infrastructure that is essential for these developments to be completed and managed by one Principal Contractor. JKW has the systems and structure to manage and accept responsibility (under contractual requirements) as the Head Contractor to assist the Client on all projects. Basic infrastructure JKW procure and install to authority requirements include Sewer, Water and Electricity reticulation, and coordinate and manage for the installation of Gas and Telecommunication services."

JK Williams is known for their timely construction as well as the flexibility required on many of today's busy building sites. JK Williams often provide these clients with specialist Civil Contracting services as well as the traditional Bulk Earthworks, Car parks and lead in works such as roads and services.

Environmental Remediation

JK Williams has worked with many developers and government agencies to rehabilitate lands for re-use. Many projects today unfortunately require hazardous materials be taken offsite or treated onsite before the project can be completed. JK Williams has not only specialist knowledge in the area, but also an environmental officer to ensure that these protocols are managed properly.

Recreational Facilities

JK Williams has over the years constructed many sporting and recreational facilities such as lakes and parks. JK Williams looks forward to constructing facilities to be used by the community. Over the years we have constructed many football ovals, cricket pitches, playing fields, Golf Courses, Horse galloping tracks, trotting tracks and the like.
