ABOUT JK WILLIAMS
John Kenneth Williams (better known as Jack) established the JK Williams Group in 1958. They were pretty humble beginnings. In fact, the group only consisted of Jack, a second hand truck & one 1939 ex-army bulldozer. Due to experience and his reputation for 'getting the job done' Jack was soon winning earthmoving contracts all over developing areas of Western Sydney.

Today, the JK Williams Group specialises in civil engineering, industrial and residential sub-divisions and is amongst the top five companies within its field in New South Wales. To date JK Williams has constructed 78% of all housing lots and 42% of all commercial lots in the Penrith City Council area alone.

VISION & STRATEGY
When the contracts are being handed out most companies are big on promises, but all too often when it comes to the crunch they don't deliver. JK Williams prides itself on delivering what was promised throughout the contract - and more.

In our pursuit for greater efficiency, JKW has assembled one of the most modern and best equipped fleet of earthmoving equipment in the industry. So whether it’s bulldozers, trucks, excavators or trencher, all plant and equipment is of the latest design, built by leading manufacturers in their respective fields. By keeping the fleet comparatively new, JK Williams has kept up with the latest technology. The new machines function more quickly, have more power and are more fuel efficient than previous models.. And, most importantly, down time due to mechanical failure is kept to an absolute minimum.

Achieving maximum efficiency on the job has a lot to do with the team at JKW. Management is 'hands on' and has been structured so that it can respond to peak demands in line with workload demands.
